The company has one of the most modern manufacturing facilities at its works at Umbergaon, Gujarat which is 140 kms. from Mumbai. Technological Excellence
We always remain ahead in the technology, having the latest high precision CCV line with dry cure system along with PLC controls from Royle Systems, USA. The line is equipped with tandem triple extruder completely synchronized with state of the art technology to produce high voltage cables with XLPE and Elastomeric insulation. The Elastomeric cables division produces a wide range of natural and synthetic rubber insulated cables for various applications. The Telecommunications cables division is well equipped with the most modern state of the art manufacturing plant from Nokia, Royle System and Swiss Cab.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities and Quality
We manufacture our cables as per various national, international and customer specific standards, having specialization in producing cables for critical applications. These cables are designed after detailed engineering to meet the specific requirements and high service performance. All the divisions have their independent testing laboratories with the latest testing equipments. The quality assurance system at each division ensures the flawless quality of product at every manufacturing stage.

We are fully equipped with DG sets for each division for captive consumption in addition to GEB supply. The company has modern equipments to cater to the plant with utility services such as water, steam and compressed air and N2 gas. The material handling facilities include EOT cranes, material lifts, fork lifts, trucks, etc. A well equipped engineering workshop with adequate facilities for machining, fabrication and machine building are available.
